A super easy, yummy roll recipe that makes a lot!!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. warm water
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. salt
Pour the above ingredients in a blender in order, then blend for 1 to 1 and 1/2 minutes.
Add 1 and 1/2 T. yeast.
Blend for 2 more minutes.
In large bowl put 7 c. flour.
Pour liquid from blender over flour and stir with wooden spoon till dough forms. Spray top with Pam. Cover with saran wrap and let sit/rise for 2 - 3 hours or until doubled.
Spray cookie sheet. Pinch off amount and form into ball (I like to roll the dough out and cut with top of cup for a nice, even circle).
Cover cookie sheet and let rise again 45 minutes.
Bake on 400 for 10 - 15 min.
Yummy!

The Easiest Homemade Bread EVER!
OK, I have to give Mandi credit for this recipe since it's a modified one off of one of her recipe blogs. If you hate making homemade bread because it's too messy, time consuming, blah, blah, blah, then this recipe is for YOU! It is so EASY - no kneading involved and it turns out perfect every time even if you let it rise too long or not long enough!
1 c. water
1 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
Put in large bowl and let sit for a few minutes (this can be 5 or 15 - whatever).
Stir in:
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
Cover and let rise for an hour and a half - if you put it in a warm oven it will rise in 45 min. if you're in a hurry.
Bake at 400 for 12 minutes. Brush with butter when you take it out. Mmmmm - yum - nothing like fresh, warm, homemade bread!!!
