OK, I have to give Mandi credit for this recipe since it's a modified one off of one of her recipe blogs. If you hate making homemade bread because it's too messy, time consuming, blah, blah, blah, then this recipe is for YOU! It is so EASY - no kneading involved and it turns out perfect every time even if you let it rise too long or not long enough!
1 c. water
1 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
Put in large bowl and let sit for a few minutes (this can be 5 or 15 - whatever).
Stir in:
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
Cover and let rise for an hour and a half - if you put it in a warm oven it will rise in 45 min. if you're in a hurry.
Bake at 400 for 12 minutes. Brush with butter when you take it out. Mmmmm - yum - nothing like fresh, warm, homemade bread!!!

Oh, sounds easy enough! What do you bake it in?
You can do one big loaf pan or 3 small loafs - I like the 3 small loafs best :) Happy breading!! :)
